The General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") apply to all legal transactions concluded via the online store shop.integralworks.ch (hereinafter referred to as "Online Store"). The online store is operated by IntegralWorks AG (hereinafter referred to as "IntegralWorks").
- The prices in the online store are shown in CHF or EUR. Not included in the price are the costs for packaging and shipping. They are mentioned with the product and vary depending on the size and packaging needs of the product.

- In the online store we prefer payment via Stripe or PayPal, but it is also possible to pay via bank transfer.

- The shipment usually takes place on the next working day after receipt of payment.
- As soon as the money is on our PayPal account, Stripe account (or bank account), we ship the products with the chosen shipping method (Priority, Economy or Express).
- If the products are sent uninsured by post, the risk of loss by post is on the buyer.
- The products will be shipped by Swiss Post (Switzerland: parcel up to 2 kg A-Post CHF 9.00, B-Post CHF 7.00). In case of delivery abroad, the postage depends on the country and can be done with alternative delivery services (e.g. DHL Express, FedEx, etc.).
5. Order cancellation
- Cancellation is basically only possible before delivery.
- After delivery, we can also accept cancellation due to good reasons, but only after prior contact with us.
- Return is possible only if the products do not show any signs of use.
- Products that have not been customized for the customer can generally be exchanged.
- The exchange of customized products is not possible, but you have the right to have any defects repaired.
- We accept a return of the products within 10 days without giving any reason.
- The products must be unused and in perfect condition.
- We will refund the purchase price minus the shipping costs incurred.
- Returned products must not show any traces of use.
- You as the buyer are obliged to inspect the products upon receipt and report any defects to us in writing within 5 days.
- It is our purpose that you are satisfied with our products. If you are not satisfied, you can return the products to us within 10 days without giving any reason. The purchase amount, less shipping costs, will be refunded to you after the return shipment arrives.
- Complaints must be made within 14 days after receipt of the shipment. In the case of justified complaints, the customer is entitled to one of the statutory warranty claims at our discretion (return, reduction, replacement).
- The postage for a possible return, for the purpose of exchange or repair of the defects, you bear as a buyer.
8. Further provisions
- All legal relationships between IntegralWorks and the customer shall be governed by Swiss substantive law. The Vienna Sales Convention shall not apply.
- Solutions to discrepancies and problems in connection with a contract that has arisen must in any case first be sought in person and out of court.
- The Canton of Basel-Landschaft is the place of jurisdiction for all claims arising from sales contracts to which IntegralWorks is a party. The German language version of the GTC is binding for the interpretation of the text.
